Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from North Greenville University in 2019, where she also competed as a student-athlete on the NCAA Division II Women’s Lacrosse team. Her experience as both a student and athlete helped shape her strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and dedication, qualities she now brings into the classroom.

Taylor’s love of learning began early. Having grown up in a Montessori environment, she developed a deep appreciation for child-led education and the Montessori philosophy. That passion led her to the Washington Montessori Institute, where she completed her AMI teacher training in July 2023.

Before joining Elevate, Taylor taught at a local Montessori school and is now entering her third year with the Elevate community. She brings a grounded presence to the classroom and is especially committed to nurturing independence, curiosity, and respect in her students.

A Daniel Island native and graduate of Bishop England High School, Taylor knew she wanted to return home after college to give back to the community that shaped her. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her black lab, Harper, and her cat, Oliver. You can often find her outdoors with a camera in hand, capturing the beauty of the Lowcountry through her love of photography and nature.
