Olivia is beginning her third year with the Elevate community and brings a deep passion for Montessori education to her work with students. She has completed her Montessori teacher certification through the North American Montessori Center (NAMC) and is committed to creating a classroom environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and confidence. Olivia believes in the power of hands-on learning and thoughtful guidance to help each child thrive both academically and personally.

Outside the classroom, Olivia is happiest in the great outdoors. She loves hiking, skiing, and discovering new places, always seeking opportunities to explore and recharge. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jim, and their dog, Cooper, whether they're adventuring together or simply enjoying a quiet moment at home.
