Caitlin Montone Bio

Caitlin is a dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience in elementary education. A proud graduate of Clemson University (Class of 2010), she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. After beginning her teaching career in Charleston County School District, Caitlin transitioned to Berkeley County School District, where she spent 11 years honing her skills and deepening her passion for teaching.

In 2018, Caitlin earned her Gifted and Talented Endorsement from Converse College and went on to spend four years teaching gifted learners. Her commitment to meeting the diverse needs of her students is a cornerstone of her teaching philosophy.

Entering her fourth year with our community, Caitlin has found her home at Elevate, where she continues to inspire and support young learners every day. She values creating a positive, engaging classroom environment and is passionate about helping each student reach their full potential.
